RETURN POLICY
Overview
Given the nature of dietary supplements and strict health regulations, we maintain a specific return policy to ensure the safety of our customers.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the safety seal intact. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Non-returnable items:
- Opened bottles or containers.
- Items with broken safety seals.
- Gift cards.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged product or if the safety seal is broken upon arrival, please contact us immediately at support@tallbloom.com with a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement immediately.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
